Campaign configurations, call scripts, and qualification criteria you set up on the platform
Contact lists and lead data you upload for outbound calling campaigns

Pages visited on our website, time spent on pages, and referral source

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data, and Microsoft Clarity, which records session activity — including page interactions, scrolling, mouse movement and clicks — to produce heatmaps and session replays. We configure Clarity to mask text entered into form fields.

Account and profile data: retained while your account is active plus 30 days after account termination to allow for reactivation
Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days by default. You may configure a different retention period in your account settings
Analytics and usage data: retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely
Billing and transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
Support communications: retained for 2 years

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We may update this practice as industry standards evolve.
